We’ve just entered the month of Cheshvan, the only month in the Jewish calendar with no special holy days. But is there no holiness in “non-holy” days? Or is it, as the Zohar, the quintessential book of Kabbalah, tells us, that there is no place (and, by implication, no time) devoid of God (“leyt atar panuy mineh”)? You are invited to a contemplative exploration of this question as part of a new Jewish meditation group, run jointly by the Beis and FTJC. The guided meditation sessions, which will be preceded by a short text study, will take place each Monday during the month of Cheshvan (October 15, 22, & 29 and November 5) at 7:30pm at the Beis (587 Fort Washington Ave, Right Side Entrance)
