Lulav & Etrog Orders
Lulav & Etrog Orders
As in years past, FTJC is delighted to make available lulav and etrog sets to the congregation and the community at large. This wonderful mitzvah adds joy, fragrance, and beauty to our Sukkot observances, and is especially valuable as a way to give children a tangible experience of the holiday.
We pre-order the arba minim (four species: palm, etrog, willow, myrtle) through our friends at West Side Judaica, who get their supplies from growers located near Rehovot and Hadera, Israel.
Fill out the form below to pre-order these sets. The cost is $40 per set, with no surcharge taken by FTJC.
Optional extra bundles of three aravot (willows, in case yours dry out) are $5.
(For Hoshana Rabbah, the 7th day of Sukkot, FTJC will provide a limited number bundles of five willows known as "hoshanot" for the ritual of beating them on the ground. These will be available for the congregation to use, donation optional onsite.)
Deadline for pre-ordering is Tuesday September 26 at 11:59 PM.
Pickups: Thu Sep 28, 5:00-7:30 PM in the FWCC garden during sukkah construction. Please ask a friend to pick it up for you if you can't be there yourself at that time. We will not be able to hold it for you later or elsewhere. Please ask a friend to pick it up for you if you can't be there yourself at that time.
